• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Delivery times vary for each item.
  Once shipped most domestic orders generally take 2 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  This store cannot guarantee items will arrive by a specific or requested delivery date, so please order within a timely manner.

• How can I measure my nails?

  1. Use a soft measuring tape and measure the width of your nails in millimeters - be sure to measure with the curve of your natural nails

  2. Use a piece of tape and place it over your nails, mark the edges with a pen and place the tape onto a ruler to measure the width between the marks in millimeters.

• How do I apply the false nails?

  The nails can be applied with acrylic nail glue for regular wear or with nail tabs for temporary and reusable wear.
  It is recommend to use nail glue for basic use.

  File your nails down to the desired length and lightly buff the top of your nails; gently push back your cuticles if needed
  Be sure the nails you select are the right size for your fingers. If in doubt go one size up. Applying a nail that is too small may result in lifting and cracking of the false nail.

  Most nail sets will include detailed instructions.

• How to remove the nails once applied?

  To remove nails that have been glued on:
  1.Soak your hands in warm water for a few minutes then gently remove the nails with a cuticle pusher/orange wood stick - be patient.
  2.You can also apply some baby oil prior to removal – the baby oil will help to break down the glue.

  To remove nails applied with adhesive tabs:
  1. Just gently pop them off, soak your hands in warm water if needed.
